Canary Islands on Sunday Presents a Very Cloudy Sky in the North


The skies over the Canary Islands on Sunday will be cloudy to very cloudy in the north of the islands, while the rest will be partly cloudy or clear, according to the forecast of the Meteorological Agency.

Thus, the weather forecast in the province of Las Palmas for today, Sunday July 1, 2012, indicates that in the north of Gran Canaria will be cloudy to mostly cloudy, while the rest will be partly cloudy or clear.

As for Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, it will be cloudy early in the day, tending to slightly cloudy or clear.

Regarding the wind, it will blow to the Northeast from moderate to strong, and strong in midlands.

Temperatures will remain unchanged, but will be in moderate decline in midlands and highlands. In Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, it will be between 24 degrees maximum and 21 minimum.

For its part, the weather forecast in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife tomorrow will be cloudy and indicates mostly cloudy in the north and partly cloudy or clear in the rest.

As for temperatures, the minimum will be maintained without significant changes and the maximum unchanged or slightly down, in midlands and highlands will be a moderate decline. The thermometer will range between 27 º to 21º maximum and minimum.

Finally, according to the Meteorological Agency, the wind will blow moderate to strong northeast, more intense on slopes east, west, midlands and highlands at the end of the day.
